Welcome to the Weedbuyme site (the “website”)! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) provides a legal binding contract, its regulations, licenses, and other related information on the agreement between Weed Buy Me, LLC, (“WBM, LLC”) and you or the corporate body (the “user”) represented.  Acceptance of these Terms gives the user,  express permission to access and use the website; its platforms, software and all other web-related mediums (collectively, “the websites”), with the inclusion of web functions, features, media, services, tools and other commands and links contained therein (collectively, the “Services”). Non-acceptance of these Terms hinders your access and use of the Websites and Services and debars you from the creation of a Weed Buy Me account or user’s profile.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS

These Terms, Additional Terms, and Privacy Policy may be subject to modifications, now and then; upon which you will be duly notified via:

1. E-mail notification on your most recently provided e-mail address.
2. A push or pop-up notification from the website.
3. A published notice of modifications on the Website’s landing page.
4. A displayed notice requiring your approval of consent to modified Terms and Policies.

Continued access to Websites and Services after such modifications, will only be granted on acceptance of these changes and agreement to Terms and Conditions, policies, or regulations.

ELIGIBILITY

Functions and Services on this Website are exclusively provided for individuals only from the age of eighteen (18) years and above – with certain parts of Weed Buy Me’s platforms accessible to individuals only between the ages of 21 (twenty-one) and above -; and with the legal and mental capacity to fully understand, and sign a binding contract; under the legislation of the state and country of residence’s laws. Agreeing to these terms indicates you accept to abstain from data misrepresentation and falsification; providing and updating accurate and current information at all times.  

This contract reserves Weedbuyme.com full rights to revoke, withdraw and/or cancel your access to the website whenever, and without prior notice on failure to meet set criteria or on the violation of any or all section(s) in the terms, additional term, privacy policy, and all other regulations.

USING THE SITE

User Registration and Account Creation

To enable you access to the site, a contract must be established through the creation of a user’s profile; either as an individual or corporate body, as appropriate. Creation of a User’s profile implies you agree that:

1. You will provide a legal means of identification and a clear, unaltered image of yourself (“the User”)  for identity verification via  “Token of Trust”.
2. You will not sign up under a username (or email address) that:  (a) is registered to another Website User; (ii) can impersonate another individual; User or non-User, (iii) belongs to another individual (non-user); (iv) is offensive and in violation to the Code of Conduct, Terms, Additional Terms, and Policies. We reserve the right to reject or disapprove any password, username, or e-mail address for any reason within our discretion.
3. You will provide accurate, current, and complete User data on registration and upon request; with a regular update of such information to retain compliance to standards. If there are suspicions of data defaulting Websites and Services’ standards, Weed Buy Me, LLC may or will suspend or terminate your account, barring your access to any of our Websites, Services, and features, on our sole discretion. Failure to timely update your information, upon request; also provides Weed Buy Me reasonable grounds to suspect previously supplied data reneges standards; and we are thus entitled to the suspension or termination of your account, and operations on all our platforms.
4. You will not post or display contents or graphics, defying regulations, Terms, policies, and other applicable laws; neither will you create wrong ill-intended reviews or posts.
5. You bear full responsibility for all activities carried out under your user profile, or involving your confidential data; regardless of if authorization was given by you or not.
6. You will not sell, transfer, transmit, assign or provide copy or copies of your security information, credentials, and rights to any of our Websites or Services, to a third-party.
7. You will not authorize or share with a third-party, access to your account on your behalf, or under any circumstance. 
8. You will maintain and preserve all security information with high discreteness. 
9. You bear full responsibility for the preservation of all your security information, and rights of access to any secure area of the platform by others, via your details.
10. You will immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your confidential details or other forms of security violations.
11. You will refrain from registering under more than one User Account, unless expressly authorized by Weed Buy Me, LLC or its administrators.
12. You are not to collect, gather, obtain, or make use of, in any form, other users’ confidential information. 

Weed Buy Me, LLC is not liable or legally amenable for any loss or damage (of any kind) to you or a third-party, consequential to failure or inability to comply with the herein listed obligations.

Suspicion and subsequent investigation of equivocal data or information, in non-deference to the Terms, additional Terms, Privacy policy, or any other applicable laws and regulations, grants WeedBuyMe.com full rights to terminate or suspend your account, and debar you from WBM-related, without prior notice or liability.

You are prohibited from using your User Profile in the conduction of any commercial or marketing purposes; including but not restricted to, advertisement, publicity, transactions, and all related activities, without prior written authorization from WeedBuyMe.com administrators. Permissions may be granted to allow the modification of your User Profile, but immediate effecting or error-free modifications are not guaranteed, with these permissions liable to further amendments. Note; Weed Buy ME, LLC holds no responsibility for any damage, issues, contents, or problems associated with your User Profile – you are completely and fully responsible. 

User Profiles may only be created by an authorized representative of the individual or entity for which the profile is been created. WeedBuyMe.com is under no obligation to review User Profile, as long as it is created per all terms, policies, and other applicable regulations. Hence, if you hold suspicions concerning any User Profile, believed to be unauthorized, fraudulent, or with malicious intent, kindly send us an email via (customer service e-mail).

User Content

For better clarity and understanding of this section, the following terms have been defined; (a) “Content” refers to all displayed data forms made available on the Websites or Services, (b) “User Content” refers to data submitted by users or transmitted to, on, through, or in connection with the Websites or Services in all formats – texts, graphics, statistical data, media, and all related forms – that, the User publicly presents, or exhibits on the User Profile; including data of User’s customers,  (c) “WeedBuyMe Content” refers to all contents created and owned by us; as stipulated in the Terms, Additional Terms, Privacy Policy and other policies, made available on our Websites and Services, (d) “Third Party Content” refers to all contents, data or information originating from other parties, not expressly owned by WeedBuyMe.com or its Authorized Users, (e) “Website Content” refers to all contents displayed on the Websites and Services, including User Content, Third Party Content, and WeedBuyMe content.

By submitting User Content, you understand, agree, and accept the following:

1. That you own, possess and retain all required licenses, rights and/or permissions, and give full authorization to WeedBuyMe.com, its Websites, Services, affiliates, and all users to obtain and utilize User Content as necessary, following the applicable regulations to exercise these licenses granted to you (as stated herewith).
2. That you are exclusively and fully responsible for every User content provided, to the Websites or Services, with the understanding and agreement that WeedBuyMe is not obligated to post or keep posted any data or content provided. Also, certain actions on contents display and postings may not be reversible.

When User Content uploaded on Weed Buy Me’s platforms, or any other internet platform, are tagged or referenced to Weed Buy Me, LLC; you grant Weed Buy Me, LLC express rights to utilize or display any of such contents in any form and without barriers. If any form of user content obtained, used or processed by you or a third-party, violates any or all of the stated terms, policies or additional regulations, you accept full authorization of Weed Buy Me to proceed with legally applicable actions against you or such Third Parties and you reserve no right over retrieved sums, relative to these actions. 

1. That all proceedings and actions conducted on all platforms of Weed Buy Me, LLC, will not and do not violate other users’ rights to action, safety and operations, and Weed Buy Me, LLC is under no obligation to post any provided User Content and reserves the right to post modified versions of your User Content as, WeedBuyMe Content.

1. That all graphics upload will be exclusively feature the products they represent, will be clearly depicted and without unrelated backgrounds or body parts. Graphics will also be centered in the image file and will be in accordance to all relevant terms contained herein.

To grant WeedBuyMe, LLC, permission to take legal actions against third parties’ activities, in violation of Terms, Additional Terms, Privacy Policies, and all applicable laws; including but not limited to, unauthorized transmission, use or sharing of User Content data provided to you by the administrators.
2. That you have obtained written consent and/or express permission from all identifiable persons or entities displayed on your User Content, to use their data, or any other displayed resource, as permitted by the Terms, policies, and other applicable laws. 
3. That you will not post, display, or make available any User Content that stands in violation of any applicable terms, policies, rules, regulations, standards, and laws (“Offensive Content”).
4. That you are of legal age; been no less than eighteen (18) years old, and agree and accept that all individuals below legal age are prohibited from submitting User Content to WeedBuyMe.com, and all of its platforms.
5. That WeedBuyMe possesses express rights to review user content submitted and other website contents but is under no obligation to do so.

By submitting User Content, you acknowledge understanding and acceptance of your liability to your Content; and WeedBuyMe’s rights to terminate or suspend your User Profile, if in violation of set terms, additional terms, all policies, and applicable laws; coupled with a ban from operations of all our Websites, Services and Features.

THIRD-PARTY BENEFICIARY

These terms are set solely for you (the “User”) and  Weed Buy Me, LLC, and withholds any of its herein contained rights and remedies from any other individual (“Third Party”).

LICENSE TO USER AND THIRD-PARTY CONTENT/DATA 

This contract allows you to retain ownership of your User Content made available on or through the Websites or Services. However, submission of your User Content, grants WBM, LLC, and all our Websites and Services the following global, non-retrievable, payment-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable and transferable rights and licenses:

1. To gather, retrieve, make use of or perform any of such related actions on User Content; including transmutation of collected data into any form as desired by WeedBuyMe, with express authority to exploit all rights and licenses reserved to such contents therein;
2. To utilize in any form, including licensing, digitization, exhibition, commercialization, analyses, integrations, and the likes; of your User Content via whatever means; currently known or hereinafter devised or created, with express authority to exploit all rights and licenses reserved to such contents.
3. To use your User Content, without limitations; in part or as a whole, for marketing or commercial purposes with the full rights to publicly exhibit, reproduce, distribute your User Content in all and any form, currently known or hereinafter devised or created, with express authority to exploit all rights and licenses reserved to such contents. 
4. To grant third-parties rights and licenses to perform any of the above-listed functions (1 – 3) in connection with their platforms.

You irrevocably waive all rights to claims and declarations of any kind, regarding your User Content against Weed Buy Me, LLC, and its users. 

Weed Buy ME, LLC does not guarantee the authenticity, reliability, originality, or quality of any User Content. You understand that you are prone to marginal exposure to Offensive contents, in the use of our Websites and Services. Under no circumstance will Weed Buy Me, LLC be held responsible or liable to such Offensive Content postings, including resultant loss or damage of any kind from Offensive Content exhibited or made available via WeedBuyMe, our Websites, Services, or any of its other features.

You hereby grant Weed Buy Me, LLC express permission and right to utilize any data provided or made available to us through any of our APIs by you or a third party on your behalf (“Licensed Data”), for all purposes related to activities and transactions of WeedBuyMe, our Websites, Services or Features; including the display of such information as deemed fit by Weed Buy Me, LLC on our websites. You accept and agree that we possess the right to transform, modify, display, derive, or reprocess Licensed Data and own sole proprietorship and rights of and to, modified data, analyses, and compilations.

Third-Party Materials

The Websites or Services might display or make available contents, data, information from Third-party sites, or contain links to such Third-Party sites, advertisements, services, and other related contents (collectively, “Third Party Materials”). This, however, does not signify that such sites are endorsed by Weed Buy Me; and we, therefore, reserve no rights to or bear liability to the integrity, quality, and other related aspects of these Third Party Materials. Weed Buy Me, will not be held responsible or accountable to any action, activities, or consequential effect of operations with or on such Third Party Materials and Sites. These Materials and Links are solely provided for your convenience and easy access and will be used at your own risk. 

When redirected to Third-Party Materials, all terms, laws, regulations, and rules governing the Third-Party apply to you, including information collection and gathering policies. Hence, proper investigations should be made before proceeding with any actions involving such Third-Party materials. 

Displays and exhibitions of promos, coupon codes, discounts, and the likes by Third-Parties, displayed on Weed Buy Me, Websites, and platforms are only provided as advertisements for these Third-parties (the “Offeror”). All offers made in response to such displays will be processed by the relevant Offeror, and are governed by its applicable laws, terms, conditions, policies, and other laws; whether or not, these are displayed on the Website or Services. The Offeror, and not Weed Buy Me, LLC, is solely responsible for the: (a) redemption of offers, (b) review of compliance with offers, in accordance to applicable laws, (c) quality of goods and services provided, with regards to offer, (d) all expenses, dangers, damages, hazards, liabilities; you may suffer, directly or indirectly, in part or in full, and relative to the use or redemption of the offer, or not.

Social Media

WeedBuyMe.com may provide users the alternative to log-in or sign up to its Websites or Services using credentials from social networking sites (e.g Gmail, Facebook). Linking your User Profile to your social networking accounts through log-ins, sign-ups, or any other action grants us full access and permission to the use of information obtained from linked platforms, by the stipulated terms, conditions, and relevant legal policies of the linked social network. If you take action to share your User content with these social networking websites, such actions will be carried out according to directives and in compliance with the websites’ terms and conditions.

Deliveries and Pickups

1. Weed Buy Me, LLC provides and offers nationwide services to all regions in which cannabis and its product are legalized; and is under no obligation or liability to your non-compliance to resident location regulations, laws, or policies, as applicable.

1. Weed Buy Me, LLC provides primary marketing network services and is not a sale or retail industry; hence, we bear no responsibility for any listing provider’s actions or products, as stated in Section 230 of the Communication Decency Act.

WBM operates solely as an order transmission service and communication medium, and not as a merchant of cannabis-related products or provider of pick-up or delivery services; and hence, is not responsible or to be held accountable for the Retailers or quality of the products or services, in connection therewith.

1. WeedBuyMe.com may provide users with the ability to request delivery and obtain orders for procured products via third-party, non-affiliated services (WBM orders). WBM orders are a third-party online business platform which allows customers to transmit and receive orders through participating vendors (“Retailers”). WBM Orders’ customers are to make themselves comfortable; through the use of Websites-provided information on Retailers, displayed to allow direct contact with the Retailers or communication via other appropriate means, to establish trust in the integrity and quality of such Retailers. Weed Buy Me, LLC; its Websites and Services guarantees neither the quality of any Retailer’s service, products, delivery, pick-up services; nor their compliance to applicable laws.
2. Furthermore, Retailers may represent certain information to their standards, such as labeling of products, farm profile levels, potency data, laboratory testing procedures, and other data deemed relevant for specifications. 

Note; none of such information is certified by the Food and Drug Administration, and neither Weed Buy Me, LLC nor its affiliates make certifications of the products’ medical potentials. Customers are thus, advised to consult their doctor or a medical practitioner before considering or commencing the use of any of such products during pregnancy or critical medical conditions. Weed Buy Me, LLC, and its affiliates are not liable or responsible for any error or flaws detected in products or services offered by the Retailers (including on the Websites, Services, and WBM Orders). 

User Identification, Warranties, and Contracts

By using WBM orders, you agree, accept and assure that; (i) you will ensure the availability of a valid, renewed government-issued identification card on your User Profile, with an appropriate jurisdiction-valid recommendation, if procuring medical cannabis. (ii)   Your activities on the Websites and Services, including WBM orders, comply with your state, national, international laws, and regulations. Upon delivery or pick-up; as pertinent, you will provide a valid government-issued identification card showing evidence of your age, as well as an original copy of the recommendation, if ordering cannabis. Non-compliance with these terms will debar the receipt of your order from the applicable retailer; including possible forfeiture of expenses spent on procuring such products.

Personnel Participation 

Weed Buy me personnel and its affiliates, are permitted to use its Websites, Services, and Features as regular users and not officials; and in compliance with all stipulated Terms, Additional Terms, and Policies, as applicable to all other buyers or users.

Endorsement and Release

You agree to insure and not hold WeedBuyMe’s personnel and affiliates accountable for any damage, loss, expenses (including legal fees), liabilities, judgments and all other consequential effects arising from your involvement with Third-Parties, or claims or demands made by Third-parties due to your; (i) operation or mishandling of Websites or Services, (ii) User Content (iii) Violation of Terms, Additional Terms, Privacy Policy, and all other applicable laws or regulations.

WeedBuyMe reserves the right to assume individual (as a corporate entity) defense, at your expense; on any matter on which you are required to indemnify us from and co-operate with our defense of these claims. You agree to refrain from addressing or settling matters, without prior written approval from WeedBuyMe, and on notice of any of such claims, issues, or proceedings, Weed Buy Me, LLC will take reasonable actions to notify you of such situations.

Disputes and disagreements amongst Users of the Websites and Services – Customers and Retailers inclusive, are not under the jurisdiction and control of Weed Buy Me, LLC, or its affiliates; and we are thus, under no obligation to get involved in such disputes.

LINKS

The Websites and Services may contain links to third-party websites and resources. Hence, signing up to our website indicates your acceptance and acknowledgment that WeedBuyMe is not to be held accountable or responsible for: (i) availability or accuracy of such websites and its resources; (ii) contents, products, services or any other feature exhibited or obtained on/from such websites and resources. The provision of links to such websites, resources or contents and features therein, is not indicative of endorsement by Weed Buy Me, LLC. You acknowledge and assume sole responsibility for all probable risks from the use and access of such websites and resources or their features therein.

Some sections of the Websites utilize Open Mapping Services, to which your use of such services is governed by applicable copyrights and license policy.

Some portions of the Websites and Services make use of Google Maps API, to which by use of its services, you agree and accept Google’s Terms and Conditions.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

By signing up to the Website, you grant Weed Buy Me full permission, under the Privacy Policy (subject to modification) to collect and use personal data provided. Your provided data and information – through your consent (review link to privacy policy), maybe or will be subject to transference within and outside the country for storage, processing, analyses, and use by Weed Buy Me, LLC.

OWNERSHIP AND RIGHTS

This contract retains the ownership of the User Content with the user, while all contents on Weedbuyme.com, including graphics, designs, contents, web features, data, ratings, and all other Websites and Services components, excluding the User Content and Third-Party Contents, are reserved by Weed Buy Me, LLC. Other features such as copyrights, trademarks, trade names, trade secrets, and other intellectual and proprietary rights (“IP Rights”) related to Weedbuyme.com are owned by us and are protected by copyrights, trademark laws, and all applicable IP rights and laws.

Hence, you may not use, copy/duplicate, lease, sell, reproduce, download, post, transmit, modify, scrape, reverse engineer, distribute, republish, obscure or in any form exploit any of WBM Resources, in part or whole; without express authorization from us in writing. Unless expressly and unambiguously provided, we do NOT grant you any form of permission or authorization, and all rights on our Website remains in the sole custody of Weed Buy Me, LLC. 

CODE OF CONDUCT

The User is solely responsible for the compliance to all laws, guidelines, and regulations on your use and operations on the Website, or of the Services. The following guidelines are to be adhered to when on weedbuyme.com. You are prohibited from:

1. the upload, post, transmission, broadcast, or distribution of offensive content in any form, including User Content deemed unlawful, defamatory, or objectionable.
2. the breach or evasion of any of the set laws, rights, policies, or determinants of your account status.
3. the access or review of information, or data on our system without signing a legally binding contract; regardless of circumstances, or with a suspended or revoked license. 
4. the display, transmission, broadcast, upload, or any other exhibition form of falsified or counterfeit content, or sharing of non-authorized data obtained under law, contract, or agreement. 
5. registering for more than one user – on behalf of another individual, or as an authorized representative of a company. 
6. engaging in any activity that might negatively influence feedbacks or rankings of the Websites or Services.
7. transferring your User Profile to a third-party without the prior written consent of the Website’s administrators.
8. advertising, sharing broadcasts, spamming, promoting, and all related actions. 
9. interfering with the Website’s processes and servers, including but not limited to the impairment or harm of the system using software viruses, worms, or other system damaging files.
10. using any automated or related methods, such as robots, scraper, survey, and its likes; to access the web system and contents for whatever purpose.
11. exporting or re-exporting of any Weed Buy Me tools, functions, contents, or resources; unless in compliance with the export control laws under relevant jurisdictions and accordance with Terms of Use and all policies.
12. using foul languages, stalking, deceiving, threatening of other users on the platform; including but not limited to discrimination and defamation, in any form.
13. The intentional or unintentional violation of applicable national and international laws, rules, and ordinances, such as regulations propagated by the United States Copyright Office, and other rules or standards having the force of law.
14. Providing any form of support – resources or material; open or concealed  – to any organization(s) tagged by the United States Government as a foreign terrorist organization(s), per the United States Immigration and Nationality Act.
15. The refusal to accept Weed Buy Me’s right to establish rules and standards governing operation processes on the website, with regards to the User Content restrictions, and other related system operations. 
16. accessing the Website to plagiarize or imitate web design and content.
17. Sending electronic transmissions including monetary offers, chats, emails, and other internet services, as interstate communications.
18. assisting a third-party with any of the following – despite the right of Weed Buy Me to terminate your User Profile and access. Reasons for account termination or suspension include, but are not limited to: (a) violation or breach of any or all of the listed Terms, agreements, rules or guidelines; (b) law enforcement or other government agencies or divisions requests; (c) Attempts to breach or violate stipulated terms, guidelines, rules, and regulations; (d) unauthorized alteration or modification to the Websites’ contents; (e) unprecedented system difficulties (of any sort) or security issues; (f) dormant accounts (prolonged inactivity), which shall be examined and decided on by WeedBuyMe administrators (g) Knowingly or Unknowingly engaging in fraudulent or dubious activities.

 The revoking of your license and access will deny you access to any of our Websites and Services, delay or remove any content you submitted, delete special statuses associated with your account(s), debar you from special offers and prevent you from future access to our site through technical and/or legal actions. 

NOTE!

Weed Buy Me, LLC has full right to investigate and prosecute defaulters of any of the above regulations to the full extent of the law.

COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

Weed Buy Me’s policy; under appropriate circumstances, reserves us the rights to disable and debar access and use of our Websites, Services, and Features, through the suspension and/or termination of the Users’ accounts constantly/repeatedly found to infringe, or that has been previously charged with the infringement of copyrights of others.

According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”) noted in the U.S Copyright Office, Weed Buy Me will respond appropriately to reports on Copyright infringement made on or through the Websites.

As a copyright owner or authorized representative of an individual or entity with a copyright, you are entitled to take action in line with the pertinent copyright law. Kindly report all alleged copyrights infringement carried out on or through the Websites by completing the provided DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement below and submitting the completed form to Weed Buy Me – filled in accordance to DMCA and Weed Buy Me’s terms and conditions – to take appropriate actions, in full observation and obedience of DMCA obligations.

DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement (“Notice”)

The below listed are steps to take before reporting copyrights infringement to Weed Buy Me’s administrators:

1. Note copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed upon, with a subsequent compilation of copyrighted works with the said claim. 
2. Note contents claimed to be infringing on your copyrighted documents; with reasonable and sufficient information to enable us to locate the material. 
3. Provide appropriate data through which the Weed Buy Me, LLC administrators may contact you.
4. Include within the notice both of the following statements:

• “I hereby state unbiasedly that I believe there is an un-authorized disputed use of the listed copyrighted material”

• “I hereby state that all data and information provided in this notice is accurate and under penalty of perjury, and I am the owner, or an authorized representative of the copyright owner or the allegedly infringed right”

1.     Append to the notice, your legally recognized full name and your signature provided, either electronically or physically.
2. The notice should be delivered, with all above-stipulated requests to Weed Buy Me at: info@weedbuyme.com

Counter-Notification

If any content posted by you “the User”, has been taken down or is inaccessible, you may file a counter-notification containing the following:

1. Relevant information on the deleted or inaccessible content; including but not limited to, the website on which content was previously displayed or posted.
2. The following statement should be included within the counter-notice:

“I hereby state in good faith and under the penalty of perjury, that material removed or to which access was disabled, was posted unintentionally or wrong identification”.

1. Your legal full name, contact address, phone number, and other contact details, through which communication can be established and your signature; either physical or electronic.
2. A statement showing your consent to the federal jurisdiction of your resident state, county or location; or if resident outside the USA, the statement should contain your consent to any judicial district in which Weed Buy me, LLC, can be found; and your acceptance of all actions taken by the individual who filed the notice in accordance to DMCA; as aforementioned.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION

Your access to the site or communications in the form of e-mails addressed to Weed Buy Me, LLC, comprises electronic communication and on such actions, you consent to receive communications electronically from us. You agree and accept that all notices, agreements, disclosures, and data of any kind provided to you through such means; electronic communications, are by all legal requirements and standards. 

You agree we may send your e-mails to notify you of changes and modifications on the Websites or related platforms, information on products and services, and all other relevant related notices. You own the right to unsubscribe or opt-out of these e-mails; through instructions or directives stated within the e-mail.

LIMITED LICENSE

All other rights not expressly authorized to you in the listed Terms, Additional Terms, Privacy policy, or policies remain reserved and retained by WeedBuyMe, LLC. You are not to use any metatexts, captions, or texts containing Weed Buy Me’s name, trademarks, patents or other IP rights without the written consent of Weed Buy Me, LLC. Failure to comply with all stipulated conditions in the Terms, Additional Terms, or Privacy Policy shall lead to immediate termination and revoke of your license.

REVIEWS/FEEDBACKS POLICY

We want users to enjoy the freedom to comment and leave reviews on posts; therefore to ensure this, certain behaviors are unacceptable and Weed Buy Me, LLC, retains the sole right to delete offensive User Contents; as well as contents which stand in mutiny to the Terms, Additional Terms, Privacy Policy, and other set guidelines to guarantee a safe, friendly community.

Hence, we are not responsible for and do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, reliability, legality, morality, originality, or any of such content standards represented in any form.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1. Weed Buy Me, LLC, is not capable of assuring continuous, uninterrupted access to their Websites and Services; as access or system operations may be hindered by external factors beyond the control of Weed Buy Me. Therefore, agreement to the listed terms and conditions indicates you completely understand, acknowledge and agree that Weed Buy Me, LLC, its personnel and affiliates, are not to be held responsible for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or damages of any kind; including but not limited to, damage of reputation, loss of opportunities, profits, data, tax benefit and other immaterial damages (even with prior notification of such tendencies to Weed Buy Me, LLC)  stemming from (i) Lack of proper knowledge on the use of the Websites or Services; (ii)The expenses spent on transactions involving substitute goods or services, communication forms, information or services obtained, or agreements made via the Weed Buy Me, LLC’s platform; (iii)  Unauthorized alteration or access to your user’s content or transmissions; (iv) Statements or conducts of any third-party on the Website; (v) Untimely processing of request or offers by the Website; (vi) All other matters pertaining to the Websites, Services or any other feature owned or operated by Weed Buy Me, LLC.

 In addition to this, Weed Buy Me, LLC is not a party to any transaction made between Listing Clients and Users, and will not be held responsible for any defaults, rates, information, or any other resultant inclusions between Users ( includes Users, Listings, and all related accessors to the Websites and Services).

1. In line with jurisdictions, the total liability accorded to you or any third-party for rights under these Terms, Additional Terms, or the Privacy Policy is limited to (1) Amount of fees required to be paid in dispute; not exceeding the total fees paid to us (Weed By Us, LLC) 12 months before action resulting in liability; or (2) $100.
2. Given the existence of states, counties, or jurisdiction which do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, limitation, or liabilities from any form of damages or losses, the above limitations may not apply to you; if under any of the above-stated regions.

CHOICE OF LAW

All relevant laws of the state of Maryland govern disputes or discrepancies of any form, originating from or related to Weed Buy Me’s terms, policies, regulations, and or other related rules. All proceedings to be addressed, relative to the above-stipulated laws and regulations will be addressed extensively and completely in the Federal or State courts of Maryland, and the User and Weed Buy Me, agree to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

All disputes between WBM-personnel and WBM, LLC shall be exclusively settled through binding arbitration pursuant to relevant laws, and not in court. The agreement to arbitrate signifies there shall be no judge or jury, and the personnel (”you”) waives all rights to take cases to the court for legal action. You also agree this arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not with a  representation, faction, or entity.

Notwithstanding, if any changes are made to this agreement relative to the arbitration, it will not affect any claim(s) concerning which you have provided a  notice to Weed Buy Me, LLC.

Confidentiality

All aspects of these arbitration proceedings, including but not limited to, rulings, claims, awards; will remain strictly confidential for the benefits of both parties.

Future Changes to Arbitration Agreement

Nonetheless, if any changes are made to this arbitration agreement (asides modifications to the Notice Address) while you remain linked to the company, you reserve the right to reject such changes by sending Weed Buy Me, LLC a written notice at info@weedbuyme.com within 30 days of such changes. By rejecting any future change, you accept you will resolve any dispute through individual arbitration and in accordance with the terms stated herein as of the date you first accepted these terms (or subsequent related terms).

RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

Inaction by Weed Buy ME, LLC in the execution of these Terms, will not be regarded as a renunciation of future enforcement of such rights or provisions. A waiver of any of rights or provisions will be effective only in writing and when validated by a duly authorized representative of Weed Buy Me, LLC. Unless expressly stated, the action of either party on any of the remedies provided herein will be performed expressly and without prejudice to other indicated remedies, or otherwise. And, if for any reason a competent jurisdiction court finds any of the outlined Terms invalid or unenforceable, the provision will remain eligible to execution to the maximum permissible extent, and other provisions stated herein will remain valid and fully effectual.

MAINTENANCE OR SUPPORT

You acknowledge and agree Weed Buy Me, LLC is under no obligation to offer any form of support or maintenance to you, in connection with or off the Websites and Services.

SEVERABILITY

If by any form, any of these conditions stated within the terms are deemed invalid, void, or non-enforceable for whatever reason, the tag remains severable and does not affect the validity and effectiveness of the remaining conditions contained herein.

NON-TRANSFERABILITY OF RIGHTS

You understand and accept that your WeedBuyMe User account is non-transferable, and all licenses and rights to your profile or user contents terminate upon your death or personal cessation of use.

UNITED STATES EXPORTS AND FOREIGN ASSETS CONTROL REGULATIONS

We do not guarantee the appropriateness of displayed materials on the Websites or Services for any location. Therefore, users of the Websites or Services operate at their discretion and are responsible for compliance with applicable laws. You declare and validate that you are not (i) in any way, under the jurisdiction of any country sanctioned under the U.S trade laws. (ii)  enlisted or acting on behalf of any entity, listed on the U.S Treasury Department of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons 

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The above-stated terms, in addition to other terms, policies, regulations, and laws applicable; represent the entire and absolute understanding and agreement between Weed Buy Me, LLC, and you (the “User”). These Terms supersedes and should be given prime cognizance above all other prior Terms of Service, Terms of Use, and former policies made available on all Websites and Services.
